Terms and Conditions

A 40% deposit for the cost of your total stay or the cost of one night, whichever is greater, is required, payable within 3 days of your booking.  Deposits can be paid via Credit/Debit card, bank transfer or French Euro cheques.  We accept the following cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.  The balance can then be paid on arrival either by French Euro cheque or by cash (Euros).

Early departures will be considered as a cancellation and all the nights previously booked will be charged.

Short-notice cancellations of less than 28 days, will incur a charge of the full cost of your stay.

We recommend that customers take out travel insurance for their security and peace of mind.

 

Children and pool safety

As the property borders the open fields of surrounding farms, children must be closely supervised by their parents when staying at Vintage Vert.

Children as well as any non-swimmers, must be carefully supervised by a parent or guardian when in or near the swimming pool.  Our pool is open between the hours of 7am and 8pm.
